Pilates

The basis of Pilates is to control your body alignment and correct your breathing through concentration. The effects deliver a more efficient exercise coupled with reduced repetition. Muscular balance is stressed as well as a focus on the lower back, abdomen, and buttocks. Pilates is offered in a group, an individual programme, or a combination of both. The programme is always tailored to meet your personal needs.

Daily pilates classes are included in the price of your holiday.
